Welcome to the Patio Homes at Glenmary Phase III Residents Association website. It has been created to allow better communication between the Association Board of Directors and the membership.

Note: The next Board meeting is scheduled for Thursday, September 22, 2011 7:00pm at the Fern Creek Community Center. 

 

Insurance

For the past year our Board of directors has been investigating a new way of insuring our Association and our Homes. A master policy covering all of our homes is being considered. This has many advantages including:

  • One policy for the association to deal with

  • Lower costs for the individual homeowner

  • Assurance that all homes are properly insured

  • This will allow homeowners to change their present coverage from full homeowner’s to a “walls-in” coverage. This coverage has a lower cost.

For us to accomplish this, a change to our Deed of Restrictions must be made. This change requires a 75% vote of all of our homeowners.

LONG RANGE PLAN

The Board of Directors has adopted an long range plan for the Association. This includes financing the future replacement of roofs and street repaving. This may include a monthly fee increase and or a one-time assessment.  For more information click below.
