NEW OWNERS:
A welcoming committee member should visit you shortly after you move in and give you more information about the Patio Homes at Glenmary III and Glenmary Subdivision. The important information to look for are the By-Laws and Master Deed Restrictions. Please take the time to read these documents carefully as they define and establish the requirements and restrictions of our patio homes. Please contact the President of the PHGIII Association if you have not heard from the Welcome Committee within 30 days after you move in.
