Old Time Chimney of  Jeffersonville, IN will soon begin the process of replacing Chimney Caps on all 64 units in PHGIII.  To begin the process, crews will begin by measuring the caps of each individual patio home.  They will then create a custom Chimney Cap for each home.  At the time of installation, they will also paint the top of the chimney a black color to match the Chimney Caps.  The program was approved by the PHGIII Board of Directors, and there is no cost to the individual homeowner.
